Returns & Refunds Policy

At Manha Life Style, we want you to feel confident in every step you take. If your new footwear isn’t the perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • To be eligible, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging (shoe box) with all tags attached.

2. Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Size Issues: The shoe doesn't fit comfortably.

  • Defective Product: The item has a manufacturing fault or damage.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different color, size, or model than what you ordered.

3. How to Start a Return

Please provide your Order ID and a photo of the product (especially if it is damaged).

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, Manha Life Style will cover all delivery charges for the exchange.

  • Change of Mind/Size Change: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and the redelivery charge.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within [e.g., 5-7] business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that items sold during "Clearance Sales" or "Flash Sales" may be final and ineligible for a refund unless they are defective.

6. Important Note on Shoe Care

We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles. We cannot accept returns for shoes with visible wear on the soles or creases in the leather/fabric.
